Product Description

TZTEK GEAC91 series of AI edge computing controllers are the solution based on NVIDIA Jetson Xavier processor and designed for intelligent edge computing applications.

GEAC91 controller is provided in two models respectively based on single Xavier and dual-Xavier. The dual-Xavier model contains 2 pieces of Xavier core boards, which operate in master-slave mode and are capable of executing different computing tasks and exchanging data via PCIe port with a bandwidth up to 20Gbps.

A GEAC91 controller is provided with gigabit internet access, CAN bus, RS232, RS422, USB3.0, USB2.0, SD card and a variety of other peripheral device ports. It supports the access of sensors such as common laser radars, gigabit internet access port/USB3.0 port/ GMSL2 port-interfaced serialized cameras, millimeter-wave radars and ultrasonic radars. With built-in timing synchronization circuit, it may perform timing synchronization on all accessed sensors. It also supports SSD with capacity up to 1T and can be used for saving the high value data generated during the operating process.

GEAC91 controller is designed for complicated, demanding industrial applications: Level of protection IP65; operational under full load at an ambient temperature from -20℃ to 60℃; working temperature ranging from -40℃ to 60℃ via an optional environment control system; electromagnetic compatibility approved in accordance with CE-EMC.

  • Built-in timing synchronization circuit supports externally-connected PPS and GPRMC timing synchronization signals for timing synchronization of all accessed sensors; built-in GPS module assembly can also be used to receive PPS and GPRMC signals for the timing synchronization; highly precise punctuality of GPS can be achieved after loss of lock.
